The area of ​​special elaborations of the winery is a nursery of ideas, from which wines from farms and monovarietals of limited edition emerge. Wines to love, investigate and collect.

Among the estate wines stands the most singular of all: El Regollar. Its vineyard, located at the top of Villabuena, is over 110 years old. Its pre-phylloxera strains tell the story of the vineyard in Villabuena through its wrinkles.

And with its monovarietal collection, the winery proposes a journey through the purest expression of its main grape varieties: old vines of Tempranillo, Graciano, Malvasía or Garnacha.
